April 9, 2026 – Council Workshop #3 on the Grand Trunk site (public, no decisions; overview of previous workshops, long‑term financial planning, shared community facility concept, parking strategy, and market sounding).
April 20, 2026 – Special Council meeting to hear resident delegations and public input on Grand Trunk before final direction is set (no decisions at this meeting).
April 27, 2026 – Regular Council meeting where Council will review a management report, consider a proposed municipal contribution to the shared community facility, and give direction on the next phase of the project.
